HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS Four-Year Scholarship Criteria for application requires that the student must: Be the daughter or son of an active or retired SDEA/NEA member. Be in the top quarter of his/her class as of January. Be a student in a South Dakota public education institution. Be accepted and/or enrolled in a South Dakota college or university.
